Hello, I'm Taisei, the manager. I was born and raised in Kyushu, and I run this shop because I want more people to discover the appeal of Kyushu cuisine and drinks. From chicken nanban to spicy karamen noodles, I want you to be able to enjoy the flavors I grew up with, right here in Higashi-Nakano β that's what drives me in the kitchen every day. Whether you're on your own, with family, or with friends, I hope this is a place you can drop into with ease.
